The Fertility Hot Yoga Venus Mat is a 75" long and 28" wide rectangle. While yoga mats vary in size (the standard being 68" x 24"), we made this mat a little more generous in length and width. It spans the foot of a King-Sized bed, and easily accommodates the width of your body temple.

COVER: Breathable, moisture-wicking, and super soft microfiber consisting of 80% polyester and 20% Nylon.

MIDDLE: Thirsty bamboo and organic cotton terry fused to a certified-safe waterproof layer, manufactured in American textile mills (free of PFOAs, lead, BPA, phthalates, or other harmful chemicals) and guaranteed waterproof for 10 years.

Appeared Low Print Quality - But Made Right

While the blanket is made from quality materials and works as intended, the print design we initially got felt pixelated and appeared cheap (to us). We didn't like to play on it because of how it looked, as it sort of funked the vibe. I reached out to the team and they were kind enough to hear my concerns. They responded and said it was a high quality scan of the original, yet to us it still looked pixelated (my wife is a professional photographer and I spent a decade in a print shop, so we felt our opinion was relevant). The initial design we ordered was the watercolor floral one (Flower Dakini). Venus Matters offered a different design as an exchange, which we took (Her Majesty), and we are happier with it. I think they handled the situation very well. Thank you.

Hi Britton, we're sorry you're not happy with your purchase of the Flower Dakini Venus Mat (and sent you the exchange, as requested). However, we do take issue with the claim that it's a low quality print. Venus Matters commissioned this original painting to represent the dreamy and diffuse essence of flowers and the spirit of divine feminine energy. It was professionally scanned at the highest possible resolution (and printed at 150 DPI from a top sublimate printer in Denver). We appreciate that you and your wife are familiar with photography but as you may or may not know, fabric printing is constrained by the substrate you're printing on: Venus Mat covers have a soft, absorbent texture which (as opposed to printing on vinyl or paper) will make the print appear more 'pixalated.' Also, since the actual painting is smaller than the 76' expanse of the king-size Flower Dakini Venus Mat, the expanded size will result in a difference in resolution. Still, the painting is reproduced exactly how it's shown in the product photos using sublimate printing, which means it does not fade from washing. Art is ultimately wonderfully subjective so it appears you may have chosen the wrong painting— which other satisfied customers enjoy so much they leave it on their beds for decoration.

GET THIS MAT you won’t regret it!

Ok so I’ve had a solid month to try this may out and I’m OBSESSED. From partner play to when I’m on my cycle, I have total peace of mind that the Venus Mat will protect my mattress. Let’s just say I can verify it’s totally leak-proof, and not only that, the texture is divine. It stays in place, and feels heavenly to sleep or roll around on. This mat deserves all the praise and gold metals. I can’t believe I was using some cheap mat from Amazon for so long - this has absolutely upgraded my life in so ways. I didn’t know the perfect solution was out there until I tried this out. Do yourself a favor and get yourself one! You’ll be grateful!
