Shipping & Returns
Venus Mats ship within 2–3 business days from our US fulfillment center in discreet packaging.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated by weight and destination — you'll see the exact cost before you confirm your order. Domestic and international rates are both available at checkout.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import fees upon arrival. These are set by your country and are your responsiblity.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Since 2015, we can count Venus Mat returns on one hand. But if for any reason you're not in love, we want to make it right.
US orders: Email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll send you a prepaid return label and a full refund upon receipt of the unused mat. Exchanges are welcome — you're responsible for the shipping cost on the new mat, plus any difference in price if exchanging for a higher-priced mat.
International orders: We're happy to exchange your mat — you're responsible for the cost of return and replacement shipping. Returns for a refund are not available on international orders, except where required by law (see EU & UK rights below).
EU & UK Customers — Your Statutory Rights
If you're ordering from the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you have the legal right to return your mat within 14 days of delivery, for any reason — no explanation needed. This right is guaranteed under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
How to start a return: Email us at info@venusmatters.com within 14 days of delivery and let us know you'd like to withdraw from your purchase. We'll confirm receipt and guide you through the next steps.
Returning the mat: The mat must be unused and in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping is your responsibility, except where the item is defective or not as described.
Your refund: Once we receive the returned mat — or proof of return shipment — we'll refund your full purchase price including original shipping within 14 days, back to your original payment method.
Exchanges: Exchanges are welcome. You're responsible for the cost of return and replacement shipping, except where the item is defective.
Defective or incorrect items: If your mat arrives damaged or different from what was described, you're entitled to a full refund including return shipping. Just email us at info@venusmatters.com with a photo and we'll sort it out straight away.
Note on hygiene exceptions: The 14-day withdrawal right applies to unused mats. Once a mat has been used or washed, EU hygiene exceptions may apply. If you're unsure, just reach out — we'll always do our best to help.
