I’m so happy I purchased this mat. Who knew I’d be having so much pleasure in my 50’s! Washing sheets, blankets & even the mattress pad took some of the pleasure away. Not anymore! This mat absorbs everything and is so easy to wash. My boyfriend and I even use this mat as a form of foreplay. This is my second Venus Mat and they continue to impress. It’s hard to explain until you experience the total peace of mind these mats provide. I put it down, it fades into the background, and my partner and I can enjoy ourselves with no worries about the bed. It’s been such a wonderful improvement to our intimate time and I can’t recommend it more highly. Everyone should have one!

The design on the flower dakini mat is stunning. The fabric is super soft. It is pretty heavy, because I got the king size, so it is slightly difficult to wash and fold. The absorption is wonderful. I look forward to using it for many years.

I purchased a small Venus matters mat in 2015. The fabric for the new mat is quite different. The small 2015 one had a cotton cover, whereas this new one has a velour cover, which is very soft to the touch and has more flexibility to it. The mat is also significantly larger, which I was a bit concerned about, however I am getting used to the larger size, when sleeping it hangs off the bed. For not sleeping the larger size is nice. Waterproofing seems to work just the same as the original - which worked very well. It takes a little longer to dry (I hang dry it), but that is because of the difference of the heavier weight material. I am pleasantly surprised by the changes and am very pleased with my purchase.

We purchased the king size Black Pearl and couldn’t be happier. We call it our “Love Blanket”. It’s nice to the touch and doesn’t make a single sound while offering us 100% protection on our bed or wherever we choose to use it. We were a little nervous about the drying time it would require between washes due to its size but we’ve quickly learned that we can spot clean in between uses and give it a solid wash every once in a while. You can also flip it over! I would 10 out of 10 recommend this for any couple that experiences wet spots and wants to never sleep in a puddle ever again. Thanks Venus Matters for finally making a product like this. Yours is one of a kind.

I had been searching everywhere for a 100% organic waterproof blanket made without anything toxic or synthetic. I was so beyond thrilled to find Venus Matters and specifically The Black Pearl Venus Mat because it’s organic on BOTH sides!! The blanket is so soft against the skin and I love the peace of mind that comes with knowing my bed will stay clean and dry no matter what. I only hope this blanket comes out in more neutral colors (like tan, light grey, etc.)!! I’ll be the first in line to buy more! Amazing buy & worth every penny!! Thanks Venus Matters!!

Love this mat it’s so big and fits my queen size bed perfectly, so grateful and appreciate the amazingness of this mat, that keeps my bed dry. I love the design I’ve had a smaller one for about 5 years and it’s still going strong. Looking forward to many years of love with this mat too. I’ve bought cheaper ones on Amazon and they don’t last as long and water still soaks through them these are incredible and never leak.

It hasn't even been a full month yet, and I officially love my Venus Mat... it is soft, warm, and smooth. It protected my sheets from Aunt Flo's visit, and it provides real peace of mind during intimate time. Honestly, it was well worth the investment. Plus... the Wild print is really fun! I recommend it wholeheartedly, you won't be disappointed.

This is my 4th mat from Venus Matters (yes I'm obsessed). They all work amazing, but this one is by far the most beautiful and versatile. If you're like me, you need a mat like this virtually every time you make love, and what I love about this mat is that it's so gorgeous and looks like a blanket, so it's easy to just lay down on top of my bed almost like a comforter.

It also looks and feels like a weighted blanket, which I love. I also used this as a groundcover when I was having a lakeside picnic and it was great because the ground was a bit cold/damp but I didn't feel it through the thickness of this mat.

Also, of course, this mat holds an amazing quantity of fluids, and what's great it that it actually absorbs the fluids instead of repelling it like some of the competitors mats. That is key when looking for an absorbent mat.

I ordered a queen but wish I had ordered a king! You won't regret splurging for this gorgeous mat!
