Shipping & Return Policy

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from our US fulfillment center in discreet packaging. 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

• For orders placed within the USA, we'll refund or exchange your order in full upon receipt of the unused Venus Mat. Just email us within 30 days of purchase, and we'll send you a prepaid return label, plus the difference in cost of an exchange.
• For international orders, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Shipping Rates

• The shipping cost of your order is based on the weight of your package, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping.
• International services are also available at checkout (international shipments may incur customs fees, for which Venus Matters is not responsible).
