Ok so I’ve had a solid month to try this may out and I’m OBSESSED. From partner play to when I’m on my cycle, I have total peace of mind that the Venus Mat will protect my mattress. Let’s just say I can verify it’s totally leak-proof, and not only that, the texture is divine. It stays in place, and feels heavenly to sleep or roll around on. This mat deserves all the praise and gold metals. I can’t believe I was using some cheap mat from Amazon for so long - this has absolutely upgraded my life in so ways. This was amazing! I left a huge puddle and it didn’t leave through and it’s incredibly soft!
I love my mat because it’s saved my mattress, it feels so soft and it’s large size covers most of the King bed. I really like the print and it is organic cotton! Before my mat, I was using every towel in the house and had tons of laundry, but no more. It washes and dries easily. I feel more relaxed having the within reach.
I now own 3 of these mats, to rotate throughout the week. I have always hated the "mess" I made during sex. Now, I put one down when making the bed every morning, knowing that I can sleep easy in a dry bed.

I’m so happy I purchased this mat. Who knew I’d be having so much pleasure in my 50’s! Washing sheets, blankets & even the mattress pad took some of the pleasure away. Not anymore! The design on the flower dakini mat is stunning. The fabric is super soft. It is pretty heavy, because I got the king size, so it is slightly difficult to wash and fold. The absorption is wonderful. I look forward to using it for many years.

I purchased a small Venus matters mat in 2015. The fabric for the new mat is quite different. The small 2015 one had a cotton cover, whereas this new one has a velour cover, which is very soft to the touch and has more flexibility to it. The mat is also significantly larger, which I was a bit concerned about, however I am getting used to the larger size, when sleeping it hangs off the bed. For not sleeping the larger size is nice. Waterproofing seems to work just the same as the original - which worked very well. It takes a little longer to dry (I hang dry it), but that is because of the difference of the heavier weight material. I am pleasantly surprised by the changes and am very pleased with my purchase.
We purchased the king size Black Pearl and couldn’t be happier. We call it our “Love Blanket”. It’s nice to the touch and doesn’t make a single sound while offering us 100% protection on our bed or wherever we choose to use it. We were a little nervous about the drying time it would require between washes due to its size but we’ve quickly learned that we can spot clean in between uses and give it a solid wash every once in a while. You can also flip it over! I would 10 out of 10 recommend this for any couple that experiences wet spots and wants to never sleep in a puddle ever again. Thanks Venus Matters for finally making a product like this. Yours is one of a kind.

I had been searching everywhere for a 100% organic waterproof blanket made without anything toxic or synthetic. I was so beyond thrilled to find Venus Matters and specifically The Black Pearl Venus Mat because it’s organic on BOTH sides!! The blanket is so soft against the skin and I love the peace of mind that comes with knowing my bed will stay clean and dry no matter what. I only hope this blanket comes out in more neutral colors (like tan, light grey, etc.)!! I’ll be the first in line to buy more! Amazing buy & worth every penny!! Thanks Venus Matters!!
