Onyx Venus Mat

We are happy owners of a first-generation venus mat, which is still working great after 10 years. This new version is thinner and bigger, and we love it already!

My Venus mat has supported me from menstruation, to love making, to labor and postpartum and now it is supporting us through potty training our toddler.
It’s the perfect item to have in your bedroom, no matter what phase of womanhood you’re in🫶

This is my second mat from Venus Matters. I bought my first one back in 2016 and it’s still in great shape, which says a lot about the quality. I was ready for a new one though, and I absolutely adore this one. The material feels slightly different now — smoother and really nice to the touch. And the design is beautiful. It’s truly a gorgeous piece. Highly recommend.

I had two of the original mats and ordered two of the newer mats. I have to say, they are softer and better than ever! These mats saved my mattress and have helped me feel so much more confident. I recommend these to everyone I can.

The mat is beautifully designed (I got the red and black color) and I find myself looking and getting lost in the many vulvas. The queen size is very big and can hold a lot of fluids. The underside is a velvety texture- that’s not my fav but overall it’s the only squirt mat that works and I still have another one that is in good condition from a few years ago. Definitely will buy again in the future!

As an avid user of the "play time mats" as I call them, this new addition to our collection is utterly fabulous. The color is enticing and as I stretch out, the softness envelops me and is so comfortable. It stays in place and seems to be a bit more absorbent. I am a gusher, and like the other venus mats, this one allows me to relax, let go and be free during our play times without worrying about the mess I make. It is so easy to care for and travel with. I am so thankful for these play time mats! Thank you again!

This product is fabulous, revolutionary and truly multifunctional. The Venus Mats have a feel of luscious, soft, delicious grace on the body, and pure beauty to behold with the eyes. There are many wonderful designs to choose from, that's honestly the challenge. The absorbent fabric is useful for any age or stage of life: women birthing at home, babies lying on the softness, toddlers sleeping while still potty-training, lovers making love, women and those with wombs bleeding freely, those in menopause having night sweats, elders lying even at that threshold stage of life. There is a sense of being held—in our humanity, messiness, and utter awe & beauty—that these mats contain within their very essence. Venus Matters. I wholeheartedly recommend these mats to anyone. Beautiful product made of quality material

We've loved Venus Mats since our first purchase back in 2018 (or before)! They've been wonderful for protecting our bedding from menses, lube, and all manner of love juices. So, when Jules offered the opportunity to try an improved version, we jumped at the chance...and were not disappointed!!! The Zenith Venus Mat stays in place even better than the original, it is equally if not more absorbent, and it has an incredibly luxurious feel.

We simply can't say enough good things about the Zenith mat, Venus Matters, or the care they give their customers. We love ours and have purchased several of the original Venus Mats for friends with new babies (for use as large changing pads), small children (for protection during potty training or stomach bugs), daughters entering womanhood, and others who want to enjoy freedom in the bedroom. If you're looking for a protective mat for your bedding--you've found it!

I've tried them all (gushing;-)- and this is the first sex mat I really love. Its so much better than the others- which all, eventually, leaked. The fabric is super soft, not hot, and doesn't move around underneath me. Much easier to wash too. Thanks venus!

We love our Venus pad. It's velvety and comfortable. It protects our sheets when I bleed. It allows me to go to sleep without anything uncomfortable inside or against me.

Ok so I’ve had a solid month to try this may out and I’m OBSESSED. From partner play to when I’m on my cycle, I have total peace of mind that the Venus Mat will protect my mattress. Let’s just say I can verify it’s totally leak-proof, and not only that, the texture is divine. It stays in place, and feels heavenly to sleep or roll around on. This mat deserves all the praise and gold metals. I can’t believe I was using some cheap mat from Amazon for so long - this has absolutely upgraded my life in so ways. I didn’t know the perfect solution was out there until I tried this out. Do yourself a favor and get yourself one! You’ll be grateful!

I’m so happy I purchased this mat. Who knew I’d be having so much pleasure in my 50’s! Washing sheets, blankets & even the mattress pad took some of the pleasure away. Not anymore! This mat absorbs everything and is so easy to wash. My boyfriend and I even use this mat as a form of foreplay. The design on the flower dakini mat is stunning. The fabric is super soft. It is pretty heavy, because I got the king size, so it is slightly difficult to wash and fold. The absorption is wonderful. I look forward to using it for many years.

I purchased a small Venus matters mat in 2015. The fabric for the new mat is quite different. The small 2015 one had a cotton cover, whereas this new one has a velour cover, which is very soft to the touch and has more flexibility to it. The mat is also significantly larger, which I was a bit concerned about, however I am getting used to the larger size, when sleeping it hangs off the bed. For not sleeping the larger size is nice. Waterproofing seems to work just the same as the original - which worked very well. It takes a little longer to dry (I hang dry it), but that is because of the difference of the heavier weight material. I am pleasantly surprised by the changes and am very pleased with my purchase.

My new Venus Mat has heightened the romance as it's so convenient and takes our romance ANYWHERE we want to be. This special piece I keep in the car. So wherever you be let your LOVE flow freely. Am soooooo in love over and over again. 😍😍

This is my 4th mat from Venus Matters (yes I'm obsessed). They all work amazing, but this one is by far the most beautiful and versatile. If you're like me, you need a mat like this virtually every time you make love, and what I love about this mat is that it's so gorgeous and looks like a blanket, so it's easy to just lay down on top of my bed almost like a comforter.

It also looks and feels like a weighted blanket, which I love. I also used this as a groundcover when I was having a lakeside picnic and it was great because the ground was a bit cold/damp but I didn't feel it through the thickness of this mat.

Also, of course, this mat holds an amazing quantity of fluids, and what's great it that it actually absorbs the fluids instead of repelling it like some of the competitors mats. That is key when looking for an absorbent mat.

I ordered a queen but wish I had ordered a king! You won't regret splurging for this gorgeous mat!
